Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) is seeking media partners for a four-year collaboration aimed at enhancing its visibility, credibility, and reputation across domestic and international channels. The university is looking for partners to help reach as many prospective students as possible through its outreach campaign.
“As a public foundation, the university selects partners through a public procurement process,” said Kadri Kiigema-Voorel, director of TalTech’s marketing center, in an interview with ERR.
Participating companies must have generated at least €800,000 in annual revenue over the past three financial years to ensure they can deliver timely and high-quality work.
Media partners are expected to offer innovative solutions, provide analytics and expertise, understand market trends, and deliver results that support the university’s strategic objectives.
As a pilot project, TalTech is seeking agency support for media solutions focused on reputation management, admissions campaigns, and marketing study programs to prospective students.
The university plans to sign a four-year framework agreement with up to three suppliers, with a total contract value capped at €1.6 million including VAT.
Campaign costs will be covered by the university’s budget, while advertising for TalTech’s Virumaa College programs will receive partial funding from the European Union’s Just Transition Fund (JTF).
